To enhance a broader understanding of the various 16^th Judicial Circuit Local Court Rules, and to make them more widely assessable to all, we are including those rules special to DeKalb and Kendall counties on the 16th Judicial Circuit Local Rules website.   Currently, the Family Court Rules for Kendall County are available electronically (Article VIII. Special Rules for Kendall County)    The website will be updated as we receive notification of new local rules.
