2010 Law Review Symposium
The 19th Annual Northern Illinois University Law Review Symposium, "What it Means to be a Lawyer in the Digital Age," will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, April 16, 2010. The event will be held at Swen Parson Hall in DeKalb, Illinois.
Topics will include e-discovery, changes to Rule 26 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, retention policies, preservation of evidence, electronic storage, metadata, privacy issues, evidentiary issues regarding email exchanges, and the Illinois “Pilot Program.”
