Northern Illinois University College of Law will host Youth Justice: "Young and in Trouble" on Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the NIU College of Law in the Francis X. Riley Courtroom. This Symposium will address the issue of youth justice against the backdrop of the United States Supreme Court, J.D.B. v. North Carolina (2011) decision and the concerns of educational institutions in protecting youth while maintaining a safe environment for all students.
