Ask a Lawyer

The Ask a Lawyer program is the second Saturday of each month from 9am – Noon. Members of the public can use this call-in service for a free consultation with a volunteer attorney. This public information service is a great opportunity to ask questions and find direction for any legal matters you may have. Call 630-762-1900. If the line is busy, wait 5 minutes and call again.

Lawyer in the Lobby

Meet with an attorney in the lobby of the Third Street Courthouse (100 S Third St, Geneva IL, 60134) for fifteen minutes on Fridays from 9am-12pm regarding civil matters such as landlord/tenant, eviction, foreclosures, name changes, small claims, estates/wills, and guardianships. Family or criminal law questions can be addressed through other resources listed on this page.
