The KCBA has three conference rooms which are available to both members & non-members for client meetings, depositions,
mediations, etc. on a first come, first serve basis whenever KCBA meetings or activities are not scheduled. Free Wireless Internet Access is available in all rooms.
Members– free use of our office facilities and conference room, 1st room is no charge. Additional rooms $95.00 per room for three hours. Each additional hour, $25 per room.
Non Members- $95.00 for three hours per room. $25.00 per room for each additional hour based on availability.

Available Reservation Hours:
Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- (LARGE) KANE CONFERENCE ROOM: Seats twelve comfortably and can accommodate up to twenty people. It also has a speaker-phone hook-up for conference calls if needed.
- (MEDIUM) PARKS CONFERENCE ROOM: Seats eight comfortably and can accommodate up to ten people.
- (SMALL) WILSON CONFERENCE ROOM: Seats six comfortably and can accommodate up to eight people.
