Volunteer attorneys (KCBA Members) will offer FREE legal advice to assist in getting driving privileges reinstated. You MUST have a copy of your Driving Record Abstract to receive help. Visit the Illinois Secretary of State to get a copy or go in person to a DMV. If you need an interpreter, you must bring someone with you who can interpret for you. We hold the Drivers’ Privilege Clinic on the first Wednesday of each month from 3-5pm at the Kane County Law Library & Self Help Legal Center. This is a walk-in service, no reservations are required.
