Abear Law is seeking an experienced litigation attorney for a full-time position. This role offers substantial flexibility, including the option to work fully remotely or from our office. The attorney will handle family-law cases as well as other civil litigation, independently manage cases, while enjoying work flexibility.
Qualifications:
• Substantial litigation experience
• Family-law experience strongly preferred
• Strong courtroom and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Strong time-management abilities
• Active Illinois law license in good standing
Compensation and benefits:
• Salary $100,000–$175,000
