Kane County Judicial System Access Pass Card

Effective December 1st, 2025 — For Attorneys Only

Please follow these steps to obtain your Kane County Judicial Access Pass Card.

  1. Attorneys must download the “Kane County Judicial System Access Card Application” click HERE. (we also have copies at our office if you prefer to fill out the form when you arrive)
  2. Fill out form completely and sign.
  3. Drop off the form to the KCBA: 555 S Randall Rd Ste 203; St. Charles, IL 60174. The attorney must be the one dropping off the form.
  4. When the attorney drops off the form, their picture will be taken and their card will be made. Payment is due at the time of dropping off the form. 
  5. The applications will be sent out for the background check every one to two weeks. After being approved, the cards are either mailed or made available for office pickup based on the attorney’s preference, with email notification provided when the card is ready.
